Kia ora readers,
In room 9 we have been doing maths about directions. We had to write coordinates to get to the right animal. Here is my one, please leave a comment.
Hope you like it.
I am a Year 6 ākonga/student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. My kaiko/teacher is Whaea Miki. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful, and helpful when you leave me a comment.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
Well done Taurae.
ReplyDeleteI didn't check all the animals but the ones I did check, you had the right co ordinates for.
This grid reminds me of a game I used to play with Samantha.
You had to put boats into a grid and try and sink your opponents boats. The game was called Battleships.
Have you played it before?.
Great work on your grid Taurae
ReplyDeleteI really like that these grid activities can be done on your chromebooks, you get to learn two skills at the same time, how to write grid references and also how to insert information into a document.
Keep blogging
Nice work Taurae. I can see that you know to go across the bridge before you go up the mountain. Well done!
ReplyDeleteHi Taurae, You've done an amazing job on this work. I like doing coordinates. I hope you have a good day -Angel
